My favorite ways to use these Charging Plates are:

1) Use to restructure your water; Place a glass of whatever it is you are drinking on the charging plates. It can be water, juice, wine, beer, or anything you are drinking. Place the Charging Plate under your water pitcher if you use one. These charging plates will physically change the properties of water. Drinking water that has been structured with the Tensor Ring works the same same as physically holding the Tensor Ring (Or Charging Plate with a Tensor Ring inside it), and gives you balance & strength!

2) To recharge & re-energize crystals. The 4 pieces of Selenite are ideal for recharging crystals. Just place your crystals on here for 1-2 hours, and if possible, out in the sunshine. Even if you don’t have a spot in the sunshine available, the Selenites will recharge the crystals on their own.
